This is for the support of your employees. The users of the business software your company is using.
This could be the Microsoft Office, IBM's Symphony, or your accounting software. We may not know all the answers of your software. But we can find the answers faster then you can. After all if you are showing your employees how to use the programs. Now you two people not being productive. You and the employee you are showing.

We can also help your employees remotely. Your users call us requesting help.
